To avoid the hose pack slide backward in the Hose Layer containers Hytrans Systems has designed the patented Hose Bloc. The narrowing shape of the Hose Bloc overcome this “hose sliding” aspect. At larger fires, in whatever circumstance, it is always necessary to be able to pump from open water sources, rivers, lakes, harbors or open sea. However, the access to the water is most of the time quite impossible for standard suction pumps. Hytrans Systems b.v. developed a system to overcome this problem. The system is called Hytrans Fire System (HFS). This HFS mobile water supply system proves to be a very effective system in all kinds of circumstances where the supply of water is the problem. Whether it is to move water in cases of flooding or in cases of fire, the system provides an efficient water supply as main source or as emergency back up.
